This release brings MSPs full oversight of remote sessions with recording locks, and key-moment events on the player, protecting critical recordings from retention deletion. Fae and Mingo both get a complete visual and interaction overhaul, with Fae adding in-app theme selection, while locale-aware date/time formatting, a default RCA setting for customers, and new Generate with AI buttons streamline daily workflows.

Features Added
1

  • Live session locks and key moments on recordings

See live remote sessions in progress, and protect recordings from retention with per-recording locks and timeline events.

Bugs Fixed
6

  • M365 directory connection stuck pending on admin roles

Fixed an issue where the Microsoft 365 directory connection couldn't be saved while the admin roles permission scope stayed stuck at PENDING.

  • Fleet wrongly flagged Firefox 157.0 for fixed CVEs

Corrected Fleet's version comparison logic so trailing-zero versions like 157.0 are no longer ranked below 157.0.0, fixing false vulnerability flags.

  • Missing status cards for client-created tickets

Client chat now correctly shows styled Ticket Resolved / Ticket Reopened cards for tickets created via the Fae header.

  • Mingo chat showed delayed burst of stale messages

Fixed a timing issue causing old assistant messages to reappear at once with an incorrect, stale timestamp in long-running chats.

  • Platform selector overflow on New Device page

Fixed the Windows/macOS platform selector spilling past its border at narrow desktop widths on the New Device page.

  • Floating button overlapped by MacBook notch

The macOS client's floating button is now anchored below the notch instead of being obscured by it.

Improvements
16

  • Fae UI refresh with in-app theme customization

Fae's client-facing chat surface was rebuilt on the design system with refined visuals and interactions, and end-users can now switch themes directly in-app.

  • Mingo UI refresh: visual polish and branding

Mingo received the same design-system overhaul as Fae, bringing consistent spacing, type and states for a more polished technician experience.

  • Tenant management: new scope request notifications

Tenants now see an in-product banner when OpenFrame expands M365/Google Workspace scopes, prompting them to reconsent so new scopes take effect.

  • Locale-aware date and time formatting

Dates and times across the console now automatically follow the user's browser locale, including DD/MM/YYYY for Australian users, with no manual setup.

  • Customer default RCA setting

Added a default root-cause-analysis setting at the customer level for more consistent incident handling.

  • Generate with AI buttons across entity creation

Added a Mingo-powered "Generate with AI" icon to creation flows for Scripts, Script Schedules, Policies, Tickets and KB Articles.

  • Knowledge base articles surfaced on customers and devices

Customers and devices now show all KB articles assigned to them in one place instead of requiring a separate lookup.

  • Compact multi-value rows in tenant Integration card

Domains and scopes lists in the tenant Integration card now stay one line high instead of stretching the card for many values.

  • Agent placeholders reflect pending install status

Expected agent slots now always render, showing a PENDING state while installing instead of appearing offline or empty.

  • Identifier-first login for custom SSO tenants

Login now asks for an email first and shows the correct sign-in method, avoiding rejected generic SSO button clicks.

  • Mingo bulk incident management

Mingo can now find, review and update multiple incidents in a single request instead of handling them one at a time.

  • Mingo batch hostname search

Mingo's device search tool now supports exact hostname batch lookups instead of requiring one call per hostname.

  • Mingo device log queries

Mingo can now query Loki-backed device logs directly to help diagnose device issues without manual log digging.

  • Mingo chat menu: compact memory and reorganized icons

The Mingo chat ⋯ menu now includes on-demand chat memory compaction alongside Rename, Copy Link and Archive, with updated icons and ordering.

  • Onboarding reset moved into Fae and Mingo

Onboarding reset options now live directly inside Fae and Mingo instead of the console's global settings, each resetting independently.

  • Fae Settings shows customer name and app version

The Fae Settings modal now displays the customer organization name and client chat app version under Profile Details.
